DriverMax 5.1 – Free Driver Updates
DriverMax is now limiting Free Users to TWO driver downloads per day due to the high demand. This has been implemented to keep the program FREE.
It is still a very simple method for updating your drivers. Simply install the program and create a free account with a valid email to where your FREE Registration Code will be sent. Click here for installation instructions
Allow the program to detect your drivers and list the updates available and ensure that the Driver Agent is left to run, your drivers will then be downloaded although over a slightly longer period, just be patient and your drivers will be updated with the latest versions.
Users do have the option of paying for the Pro version which allows unlimited driver downloads when purchasing a 30 day, 1 year or 2 year license.
Install the drivers through the DriverMax Agent which sits in your System Tray and notifies you when a new driver has been downloaded. Simply open the Agent, tick the box beside the driver you want to install and click Install driver and follow the prompts.
Should you download an incompatible driver you can use the ‘Rollback’ feature listed under ‘Driver backup and restore‘ on the user interface to rollback to your earlier driver.
Users can also create a backup all of their drivers and use the ‘Export Drivers wizard‘. Simply click on ‘Backup drivers‘, click ‘Next‘ and follow the prompts. Drivers can be exported to USB devices or stored locally on your computer.
